There is no rise without a prize. Without a reaction, there is no motion; and without motion there cannot be a change of position.
Only those who are willing to pay the price ever win the prize. Discipline is the capital price to pay every desired change. Discipline means accepting full responsibility for every outcome in your pursuit. The following seven forces of change, which I call seven PowerPoints, will help you to become effective if you can master them.

1. POWER OF PURPOSE.
   Your sense of purpose determines your sense of self-image and self-identity.
   Men of purpose are men of impact. Finding what you are created to do and doing it will turn you into a man and woman of value.  A discovery of purpose is essentially a discovery of your area of service.
2. POWER OF INFORMATION
   Information is the currency of destiny; it determines your purchasing power in the market of life. Information is knowledge and nothings empowers like knowledge. Your speed in life is determined by the quality of information at your disposal, and the level of insight with which you are operating.
3. POWER OF PREPARATION
   A wise man says: “Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Perfomance” Outstanding performance in the future  is a product of qualitative preparation today.
4. POWER OF IDEAS
   Ideas are compound thoughts that stimulate moves. They are mental virtues accessible mainly by thinkers. An inspired idea can turn any man to the envy of his world.
5. POWER OF SKILL
   Knowledge is not marketable; it is skill that you market…skill is not a function of the papers you carry; it is a function of the tactics, the strategies you engage in handling your assignment. No purpose has a future without a skill.
6. POWER OF COMMITMENT
   You cannot be committed and not be creative, you cannot be creative and not be productive and you cannot be productive and not be successful and you cannot be outstandingly successful and not be impactful. Without commitment there can never be accomplishment.
7. POWER OF ATTITUDE
   The nature of a tree determines the fruits it bears. Your nature is what makes way for your future. It takes more than strength, grace, or skill to scale through in life, you must cultivate the right attitude.
   Nothing devalues skill and commitment like wrong attitude.

In conclusion, Change is a possibility at any point in time. It begins first with a desire, follow with a choice and cummulate to a passion for change. I see you emerging an effective personality.
