The entire activities of the Godly Brains drive on six (6) platforms, namely:
This serves as our National Corporate Headquarters as well as a teaching Center for the purpose of training, equipping and empowering individuals to discover, develop, deploy and maximize the potentials of their inherent gifts and purpose. It also serves as the place of equipping young people for a significant ministry by helping them to discover the gifts, talents, and purposes God gave them. It is a place of developing people to spiritual maturity through worship, Bible studies, small groups, seminars, retreats, and special conferences.
This is strictly and exclusively a Readers’ Club. The club serves students in tertiary institutions of learning within and outside the country, Nigeria. The club serves as an outreach platform of the GB to campuses and other schools of learning.
Each of our club shall be a registered body on every campus where it is established. Members of the club are encouraged to buy/read at least a book in a month that will help them to realize the vision and core values stated above. The book to be read is always being recommended from the Ministry head office through the country director and must be the ones that center on our three core values of purpose, leadership and Integrity. This is to help all members maintain uniformity of idea, understanding and growth in knowledge.
All members of the club shall meet once in a month in their respective campuses for the purpose of review, discussion, interaction and fellowship based on the idea gathered from the reading of the book for the month. Other forum like online discussion can also be utilized to hold interaction. Godly Brains Club will operate at 3 levels namely, for undergraduates, for Graduates and working class (Godly Brains Club Gold) and Junior GB Club for those in secondary schools.
The Resource Center serves as a center for learning, which is intentionally equipped with resource materials for the development of the total man. It is a place intentionally designed to be conducive for personal study and research such that the latent potentials of all Godly Brains members are ignited. In addition to this, this platform is also in charge of the Bookstore where relevant materials for intellectual development and Christian growth is sold. The main Resource Center shall be located at the Corporate Headquarters office in every country of operation but shall also be situated in all the 13 Zones in the country (Nigeria) and may be extended to every campus where the Godly Brains Readers’ Club exists as the situation may demand so that members will have easy access to relevant resource materials. Only registered members shall be allowed to borrow books from the center and also use the center for personal study.
GBPDS serves as the platform for the execution of our major annual conferences and training programs. The GODLY BRAINS MINISTRY runs six (6) major conferences in a year, namely: Reading for Change; Business Summit; Perspectives; Discovery Moments; Emerging Leaders’ Summit and Purpose, Potential and Passion (PPP) Conference. This platform is also responsible for the establishment and management of our Training Institute (Godly Brains Discovery Leadership Academy). All these meetings are to help us perpetuate our vision and core values of Purpose, Leadership and Integrity.
This serves as our counseling arm, designed as a place where the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, and the confused in the society can find love, acceptance, help, hope, direction, forgiveness, guidance, encouragement and God’s wisdom to navigate their paths in life. Through this platform also, we provide career guidance/counseling, discipleship relationship/mentorship and deal with every other life related issue. This platform is also responsible for dispensing our welfare and benevolence ministry of the Godly Brains Ministry to those in needs.
This platform is responsible for seeking partnership with other Christian organizations with similar core values as ours, within and outside the country, to organize meetings that will help us fulfill the Great Commission in general and our core values in particular. GBNET is also responsible for the expansion of the Godly Brains Ministries activities beyond the shores of Nigeria.
The Godly Brains runs six (6) major training programs in a year, namely:
This holds on every campus where there is an existing GB Club or where we intend to have one. Through this program, participants are taught the dynamics of reading, namely: Why you need to read; what you need to read; where you need to read; when you need to read; and ways you need to read. This conference also holds for those outside the campus once every year at any location where such need arises. The first edition was held in 2012 at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso and New Reservation Area Baptist Church, Iyaganku, Ibadan.
This holds in the month of July or at any other convenient time in case of unforeseen situations. This program focuses on helping young people to understand how to apply biblical principles in the business world. The ultimate goal of this program is to raise kingdom minded young entrepreneurs that will make the pursuit of the Kingdom of God a priority in the business world. The first edition was held in 2016.
This program is design to give godly perspectives to secondary school leavers as they prepare to enter schools of higher learning. We recognize that campus life is a different terrain that requires good preparation for any young person going there to succeed. The goal is therefore, to tap into the experiences of those who have tasted the campus life to share the same with the prospective undergraduates. This program holds at any convenient time between July and September every year. The maiden edition was held in July 2018.
This serves as a training Institute of the Godly Brains Ministry where participants are taken through a time of in-depth discoveries from God’s word on the core values of PURPOSE, LEADERSHIP, AND INTEGRITY. Participants are expected to buy/read selected books recommended for the training. The maiden edition was held in August 2012.
This summit brings Resource Persons together in the area of leadership from both within and outside the country to teach in-depth Dynamics of Leadership in a specialized version. We network with different Christian organizations around the world to run this conference. It holds in the month of October. The maiden edition was held in October 2012
PPP conference serves as the climax of our meetings for the year where we create an enabling environment for the Holy Spirit to set all participants ablaze with fresh fire so that they can run the race of life with purpose and passion while they seek to maximize their potentials. It usually runs for 4 days in a camping style. PPP started initially as a one-day program in 2013 in the city of Ibadan but was moved out in 2014 to Camp Young, Ede, Osun State where it is been held since then . This program brings together all members of the Godly Brains Club from different campuses and other interested youths from churches around the country.
