Our Leadership Structure
The Godly Brains operates the following leadership structure:
He is the overall head of the Godly Brains Ministry, responsible for the overall administration of the Godly Brains Ministry. He is also responsible for pioneering and supervising international operations of the Godly Brains in countries outside of Nigeria and has the responsibility, in conjunction with the board of trustees to name country directors for such countries. He is also responsible for creating a platform where all country directors, zonal directors, state directors and campus club leaders will meet together once a year for evaluation and planning for the Godly Brains Ministry. He shall be domiciled at the international headquarters in Ibadan. He shall report and be responsible to the board of trustees.
He/she shall be in charge of the Godly Brains work in a specific country of operation (Nigeria for example). He must be a person with deep interest in the founding philosophy and vision of the Godly Brains Ministry. He/She monitors the spread and the growth of the Godly Brains work viz-a-viz our 6 platforms of operations in such country (Except GBICC which only operates exclusively at the headquarters office in Ibadan). The Country Director will be domiciled at the National Headquarters office for that country (Ibadan, for example for Nigeria) and be directly responsible to the President/International Director.
The Godly Brains Ministry operates 13 zones in Nigeria. Each zone shall be coordinated by a zonal director. The Zonal Director will be in charge of coordinating the Godly Brains Ministry work, especially the activities of the GB-Club, in a specific number of states that make up a sub Geo-political zone (as in the case of Nigeria). He/she shall be domiciled at a specific location within the zone that is convenient for smooth operations and effective implementation of the work. He/ She shall report directly to the International Director through the Country Director.
The following are the responsibilities of the Zonal Director:
- The zonal director shall be free to choose either to work on a part time (volunteer) or full- time basis.
- He/she is expected to study the operation manual of the Ministry so as to comprehend, align, subscribe and be ready to run with the founding philosophy, vision, mission, core values and operation dynamics of the Godly Brains Ministry.
- Be responsible to set up the Godly Brains Ministry Resource Center in his zonal headquarters which will serve as the office base for operation and the effective running of the various ministry activities. The resource center will house the book store, the library and the “Burden Lifter.”
- In conjunction with the International Director, organize the Godly Brains Ministry’s five of the major programs for young people within the zone and be responsible in mobilizing all the GB Club members and others in all the campuses within his zone to the annual PPP Conference.
- He/she is responsible, in conjunction with the state director, for the establishment of the GB Club in all the campuses within his zone.
- He/she will be responsible for the prompt distribution of the monthly book to various GB clubs in his zone.
- He/she will monitor, in conjunction with the state director, the registration of the GB Club in all the campuses in his zone.
- In conjunction with the international director, through the country director, hold a Zonal leadership retreat/evaluation session with all the state directors and club leaders under his zone once a year especially at the beginning of a new session.
- Collates all the campus GB Club reports from the state directors and forward the same to the national office.
The Godly Brains Ministry shall engage state directors for all the states of the federation except the ones where the zonal director is domiciled. He/she shall be in charge of a particular state as may be recommended by the International director through Zonal Director in charge of the Zone. He/She shall see to the establishment and the growth of the GB-Club in all the schools of higher learning within such state. He/She shall report to and be responsible to the Zonal Director. But in the absence of the Zonal Director, he/she shall report to the Country Director.

- He/she, in conjunction with the International Director, organize the Godly Brains Ministry’s five of the major programs for young people within the zone and be responsible in mobilizing all the GB Club members and others in all the campuses within his zone to the annual PPP Conference.
- He/she is responsible for the establishment of the GB Club in all the campuses within his state.
- He/she will be responsible for the prompt distribution of the monthly book to various GB clubs in campuses in the state.
- He/she will also, in conjunction with the campus club coordinator, monitor the registration of the GB Club in all the campuses in his zone.
- Collates all the campus GB Club reports and forward the same to the Zonal office.
He/She shall be the leader of the GB-Club of a particular campus within a specific state/country. He/She must be a current student of that institution in good standing, both academically (not lower than Second Class Upper) and morally and shall remain in that office for as long as he/she retains studentship. He/She shall be responsible for recruiting members for the club, encourage every member to read the recommended monthly book, organize the monthly interactive session for that campus, ensure that each club member maintains a journal that contains the summary of the books read on the monthly basis and ensures that a successor is named before he/she graduates. He/She shall present a soft copy monthly report of the activities of the group directly to the State Director who shall submit the same to the Zonal Director. He/she shall be responsible directly to the state Director where available.
He/She shall be in charge of the National Secretariat and handle all correspondences that pertain to the Godly Brains Ministry at all levels within such country. The person shall also double as the Secretary of the GB Ministry.
Shall be in charge of the Resource Center (Including the operation of the bookstore and library) within the country of operation, source for and ensure the distribution of monthly book to all campuses by linking up with the Zonal Directors; coordinate, in conjunction with the state directors, all other GB Resource Centers in different states. He/She shall report directly to the International director through the country Director.
He/She shall be in charge of the counselling activities of the Godly Brains Ministry. He/She will also coordinate “The Restoration House” which serves young people who are in need of spiritual restoration to a dynamic relationship with God. He/she shall be responsible for organizing follow-up strategies for all the converts from all the GB outreach programs and other people in need of timely and godly counsel. He/She shall also be responsible for dispensing welfare and benevolence responsibility of the Godly Brains to those in needs. He/She shall work closely with the country Director and summit periodic reports to the International Director.
Be in charge of the Finance of the GB Ministry at all levels of operation within the country. He/She shall keep in custody all financial documents of the Ministry. He/She shall report directly to the International Director.
He/She shall be in charge of all the publications of the GB at all levels of operation by making sure that all our publications meet the GB minimum standard in terms of Branding, Concept, Colour, Logo, and Quality. He shall be responsible for creating timely awareness of the GB programs using all available platforms, especially the social media.
He/She shall be responsible for auditing all the account of the GB before submitting such for external auditing. He/She shall be responsible to the Country Director.
He shall be responsible for providing legal advice for the leadership of the Godly Brains Ministry, particularly with respect to legal implications of decisions made.

Zonal Structure of the Godly Brains Ministry
The Zonal structure of the Godly Brains Ministry will align with the 6 Geo-Political structure of Nigeria. The zonal office shall be located in the major town within the zone and must be in close proximity with a higher institution in the area. For ease of operation and coverage, the 6 Geo-Political Zones have been sub- divided into 12 zones with FCT making 13. The Zonal director has the discretion to create a sub-zone within his zone to gain close proximity to campuses within his/her zone for the purpose of effective operations. The Godly Brains Ministry shall therefore, operates 13 Zones that shall comprise of 36 states including the FCT. The following are therefore, the zonal structures we shall adopt as a ministry for our operation:

Qualifications of Zonal and State Directors
The following shall be the qualifications of the zonal director of the Godly Brains Ministry:
- Must be a born again believer of long sanding in Jesus Christ.
- Must be a committed member of a bible believing church.
- Must be filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongue.
- Preferably, he must have been involved in the GB Club activities at undergraduate level or must have served at one leadership position or the other in his/her campus fellowship as an undergraduate or at his/her church
- Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Must hold a minimum of first degree or its equivalent and must be between the age range of 21 and 35 years.
- Must have a minimum two years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license.
Remunerations
- A zonal/state Director will be entitled to a monthly stipend that will be determined by the Board of the Godly Brains Ministry and shall be subject to review from time to time to reflect the financial strength of the ministry and the economic situation of the country.
- A zonal/state director shall be entitled to an official means of mobility, as the Lord provides for the ministry, to aid his movement to different campuses under his operation.
- A zonal director shall be entitled to accommodation, as the Lord provide for the ministry.
